Made from real, fresh pressed Peruvian ginger. They add the ginger juice to carbonated water, add the CO2 extract and use an emulsion machine to breakdown the molecule size of the CO2 extract. This makes the CO2 extract more bioavailable and allows it to more easily enter the bloodstream. This is a very spicy ginger beer. Ginger lovers enjoy drinking it straight but others like it mixed into a mocktail or cocktail.
